i have been doing shakes in the morning.. but probably not with the right ingredients.
thaw various frozen berry fruits
1 scoop of plain vanilla ice cream
1/2 bannana
yogurt to taste
1/2 scoop of whey protein
whole milk
splash of fruit juice to taste.
then saw some other recipes online i should try out..

maybe a Banana oatmeal mix
Ingredients:
* scoops of Whey Protein
* 1 Banana
* 1/2 Cup Quaker Oatmeal (cook with boiling water)
* 3/4 Cup Kellogg's Bran Flakes
* 1 Bottle of Water
* Sugar, Brown Sugar

You should talk to Betty. Because of her surgery she has to drink protein shakes all the time and she's come up with some great ones. Plus she can tell you about the best protein to put into them since she's tried nearly all of them over the years. :)
