hummus?

I made my own version of hummus.


my favorite place after drinking the night out where i usually order the hummus in D-town closed. so i decided to make my own version. it still needs "tweeking" to my tastes. but so far I feel accomplished on preparing this kind of food.

doin proteins shakes again.

i have been doing shakes in the morning.. but probably not with the right ingredients.

thaw various frozen berry fruits
1 scoop of plain vanilla ice cream
1/2 bannana
yogurt to taste
1/2 scoop of whey protein
whole milk
splash of fruit juice to taste.


then saw some other recipes online i should try out..

Ingredients:
* scoops of Whey Protein
* 1 Banana
* 1/2 Cup Quaker Oatmeal (cook with boiling water)
* 3/4 Cup Kellogg's Bran Flakes
* 1 Bottle of Water
* Sugar, Brown Sugar

Today I ate at a local Pho shop.
White dude next table blabbing along about crap just to "charm" the waitress.

She probably knew the guy before or something... well she sat down at his table at the fukr's table. Then more blabbing about drinking vodka and or rum drinks. but somehow the conversation let to his dog not being able to swim.. WTF?

then more blabbing about crap .. at this point it was soooo lame.. i almost threw up from the comments he made ...

She asked about what he he do for work... he replied with something about working out and boxing?/? uhh yeah....when a guy dodges the question about his career or such.. it means he is a LOOSER!!

here i am minding my own business and not being a COCK.

just another reason why "nice guys finish last"
