two months renovation

in two months, filed a claim w/ insurance angency..
so far replaced roof shingles, added gutters, and replaced a/c unit.
only thing left is to follow up with the power-wash and re-stain the fence.

Bar and club owners in Deep Ellum are scrambling to file for special use permits. The deadline is Wednesday. Without the permits, the bars will be forced to shut down.
