hummus?

I made my own version of hummus.


my favorite place after drinking the night out where i usually order the hummus in D-town closed. so i decided to make my own version. it still needs "tweeking" to my tastes. but so far I feel accomplished on preparing this kind of food.

two months renovation

in two months, filed a claim w/ insurance angency..
so far replaced roof shingles, added gutters, and replaced a/c unit.
only thing left is to follow up with the power-wash and re-stain the fence.

lots of beer, tequila, and a rough crowd..
pool stick got broken over a brawl where "punk mex" where thrown out the front door..
outside, somebody threw something to break a truck's windshield. when trucks get involved in a fight you know a gun is pulled out.

don't mess with Texas, Trucks and especially a Castillo
